Okay, its 1:45 here and I am out of ideas. We've done books, nap, eating, swing, bouncy seat, lap while I play on computer, jumperoo, bumbo, playmay, bumbo ON the playmat, repeat the above...What else should I do?
We've gone on walks, throw the ball with the dog, and I've played music and danced silly for her too. She seemed to be entertained by all of these for at least 20 minutes
I am soooo in the same boat as you. I constantly run out of things to do!! Check and see if there is a MOMs Club in your area-- it was a lifesaver for me! They have activities all week long and playgroups in the homes of moms in your area. I was so happy to find something to do that was free and entertaining for ME as well!
We play really, really exciting games. Like "help mommy fold laundry" Whenever I'm out of ideas (and it's too windy to go on a walk), I just put her in the sling/moby while I do stuff around the house or we hop in the car and go somewhere. I think the people at Target are on to me. Oh well.
I'm with you! It's exhausting! A walk works often and luckily DD is fascinated with the dog but I am running out of ideas. When the snow comes and we can't get out as often I am going to go insane!
I second looking for some mommy groups. I am waiting until we move in March b/c I don't really want to make any friends that I will just leave in a few months.....but once we are settled in TX I am joining everything I can!
I talk to him and cuddle him, but otherwise I let him just take it all in as we go about our day. At this age, it's all new and exciting. Laundry, cleaning, errands, cooking, walks, trips to the playground for big bro, etc.

Omg DD is so bored with me! I can just tell from the look on her face. I think she gets sick of looking at me all day because the second someone else walks in the room, she is so happy to see them.
I use her bouncy seat (which bores her), swing is for naps, playmat, I just started sitting her in her highchair while I eat lunch, and I just pulled out the exersaucer. She's not quite sure how to play with it yet though. I also have a blanket on the floor for toys, which she's starting to show an interest in, and tummy time. We also go for walks. If I get really desperate, I park her in front of the tv for a few minutes (yes, I know, horrible me). She loves it. It sounds like a lot, but DD is hard to please!

I got this CD for our shower and just recently pulled it out. It's from Baby Einstein and called "Playdate Fun". Most of the songs have actions to them like Itsy Bitsy Spider and the Wheels on the Bus. DS LOVES this CD but I think it has more to do with the actions that I do for him/with him. It'll entertain him for a while.
Re: SAHMs, how do you entertain LO all day long?
