For the past week, Evan wakes every morning with wet jammies. He has leaked a small amount and his diaper is super full. We are using the Pampers Baby Dry (I think) in a size 3, which is up to 28 lbs. The size 4 starts at 22 lbs, but Evan is only about 19 lbs. He is a long/lean baby.
Pampers have worked really well for him up until last week.
Should I try another brand, go up a size, or try another style of Pampers?
Any advice is appreciated.

Re: Diaper help needed
Buy the overnights, we use Huggies but I'm sure Pampers makes an overnight diaper too.
ditto both pp's. Huggies Overnights did the trick for us.
Oh and if we couldn't find the size 3's (which I found only at BRU) I would buy the 4's and they were fine.
Thank you so much!
I was just looking at the Overnights and they only come in size 4 or larger. I'll check BRU for the Huggies but if I can't find them I'll get the size 4s.

DS had the same issues as yours at about the same age. We switched to the overnights like previous posters have said. It wasn't forever. He was just going through a heavy pee time :-)
At about 12-15 months we didn't need the overnights anymore at went back to regular diapers.
Go figure. We have 228 size 3s left since my DH bought 4 jumbo boxes based on Evan's weight. I think we will go up a size just for night since he is fine during the day. I'll get a small box of the Baby Dry size 4s and a small box of the Overnights to see which works better.
I hope this is just a phase.

BFP with no treatment!
Evan has been a tummy sleeper since he could roll over, but that is exactly what is happening to him. He is leaking out the top/side, but the diaper is full to bursting too.We even tried feeding him a little earlier so we could have at least one more diaper change before bed and it didn't seem to help. I'll be making a stop for diapers after work.

This is what we do, too.
