So, I teach and I'm 9w6d. So far, i've been lucky since we have not had a lot of school due to conferences, so I can sit and take it easy. This coming week is a normal week of full days... I'm worried because I have been feeling MS off and on and it lasts all day. Ideas for helping to keep my food down and energy up while teaching high school??
Re: Teacher first tri?
I dont have any advice for you. But, I sure hope you find your answers!
Ill be thinking of you. Let me know how it goes.
I'm a nurse, but I work busy 12 hour shifts where it's hard to find time to pee, let alone get sick. I got a prescription for zofran, and take that if I start getting queasy. I don't take it much when I'm home, but I really can't afford to not be at my best at work, so I do my best to muddle through my shift.
I also pack a lot in my lunch and snack frequently when I have a moment.
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
I teach middle school and also have MS. Like the pp said, I've been doing little snacks. I have also found that ginger ale helps.
GL!
I teach middle school and have been EXHAUSTED all day. It has been very difficult for me to make it through the day with any energy to teach. I also teach 5 classes in a row and am starving. I have no advice, I just feel your pain.
Also, we have to teach all day and do 2 full nights of conferences in 2 weeks! The week is really gonna suck.
Good luck to you.
I have lots of snacks and preggie pops are helping a bunch too (you can get them from babies r us and motherhood maternity).
Good luck! Hope you are feeling better soon!
