Do you wake after pooping?

I just got DS changed and had him in his swing. I knew he was ready for his first nap and I also knew he hadn't pooped yet, but was trying to push it out. Well, I just heard a few massive explosions and went to get him to get him changed again. I noticed it was real quiet and I found that he's now fast asleep. I don't dare wake him up, except he'll probably sleep for at least an hour. Do you wake them if you know they pooped or wait until they wake up?
