My back hurts!

My lower back on the right hand side is killing me. It really gets me when I'm walking. I know it's only going to get worse from here, but I can't believe I'm in this much pain this early.

Anyone else in my boat? How are you dealing with it? Tylenol doesn't even touch it.

I was having upper back pain the other day and people suggested either a heating pad or an ice pack. Hopefully one of those will work for you! Maybe DH can give you a back rub?

Mine hurts if I stand for too long. I just stay off my feet as much as possible and if its really bad maybe take a warm bath to try and relax your muscles. Maybe your dr's office might have some other ideas too?

I have had this pain and worse since about 12 weeks. I ended up needing physical therapy. The best thing to do is ice and rest. Also I have found taking shorter and slower steps is helpful too. And I also have one of these: https://www.amazon.com/Serola-New-Sacroiliac-Belt/dp/B000NIESBG I don't wear it all the time, mostly when I know I will be on my feet a lot or walking a long distance.

I have pain if I stand too long or if I sit on the floor without my back supported. I feel like an old lady when I get up cuz I can't walk straight I'm hunched over. I get hubby to rub it and usually after a good nights sleep it goes away.

I have horrible lower back pain all the time...though my back was already messed up from scoliosis and from a couple of dweebs who have hit me in car accidents

Ice packs help and so do massages from DH. The chiro is incredible but right now we just can't afford it since it isn't covered by our insurance. I wish I had a nice warm bathtub to soak in right now mmmmmm
