What are you doing to prepare LO for time change??

It's next weekend and we gain an hour--meaning my little guy who likes to get up with the roosters LOL will be getting up with the bakers at like 4am.  No way!!

We're thinking to put him to bed a little later and later each night this week until it's nearly 9pm instead of 8pm and then next weekend when we gain an hour it'll be "8pm" again.  Will that work though????

Also---curious.....what time does your LO go to bed and wake up?

  • Nothing, DS has always adjusted naturally in the past.  I'm just going to hope that's the case this time!

DS goes to bed at 6:30pm and wakes up at 6:30am.  We're working on adjusting that to 7-7, though.
