Cupcakes...aka the bane of my existence.

Do my DH has almost a fetish about cupcakes. He would rather eat cupcakes than any other dessert. He begs me to make them for every holiday, and I usually oblige. Now, I am not a fan of cupcakes because regular, run of the mill, cupcakes do not satisfy my sweet tooth. There is almost never the right amount of icing, the cake part is always a bit more dry than regular cake, and (the worst part --->) I always eat more than one.
Now, if I was just a fatty, and DH was only eating one, then maybe I could learn to deal with the tiny cakes that take a ridiculous amount of time to ice so that they look appetizing. However, my husband does not eat just one. He doesn't eat two. He eats 7-8 in a sitting. And my fat butt gets jealous!
Does anyone want to come to my house in about an hour and eat the rest of the cupcakes that are in the oven? They are yellow cake with chocolate frosting!
