Back wrap at the Jon Stewart rally!

I am so proud of myself!  I was able to get DD wrapped in my Storch for the first time (that wasn't just in my living room for practice).  We took the subway to the Mall and then hung out for a couple hours.  It is the longest I have been able to wear DD (who is 27#).  I was so happy that we weren't trying to chase her though the mobs of people and SO happy we weren't struggling with a stroller.  It was great...

    That's awesome! We really wanted to go to the rally yesterday but I wasn't feeling up for it since DS was up most of the night before and I was so exhausted.

    We were down there too!  I had DD in our Beco on my back until we were deep in the crowd (it was too close for comfort where we were and it was scaring her) and then she sat on DH's shoulders so she could see.  I can't imagine having to navigate a stroller in all that.
