If we don't get any trick or treaters...

I am going to be in some serious trouble.

We have Charleston chews, Hershey bars, and 3 Muskateers just sitting here in a huge bowl. I already have eaten a Charleston chew, and the Hershey bars are staring me in the face. It's going to be a long night.

    Agreed!  We have had about 8 little ones come by.  We bought five bags of candy bars.  I gave out handfuls, but there is still SO much left.  Uh-oh!

    YUM!! I'm going to your house lol!

    I have had ZERO trick or treaters today :( Total downfall about living on the third floor I guess. But now the creepy, stupid teenagers are coming out so I locked myself inside with my tiny selection of the left-over crappy Hersheys and Starburst (because DH and I ate all the good ones earlier!).

    I was just telling DH earlier that we have to make sure to have our porch light off since we bought NO candy.  Even if we had bought some, it probably wouldn't have made it to tonight.  Stick out tongue

    Between DH and I, I'm surprised we even have any candy left to hand out to trick or treaters!  He sat on the couch this afternoon with the bowl in his lap and put a dent in stash of candy we had to hand out tonight.  It looked like a candy wrapper bomb went off in the living room when he was done!  I sure love candy though!

    I've gotten one trick or treater. He got a ton of candy from me. Handfuls of Snickers, Reeses cups, Charleston Chews and big Tootsie Rolls. This is my first Halloween in this house and there are a lot of kids in my neighborhood, so I was expecting to get at least some visitors and I bought a lot of candy. Oh well.

    I bought 2 bags of candy, reese's and kit kat. We live on a main road with no sidewalks so there is about a 99.9% chance that we will not get a single person. I fully know that we are going to eat the candy hence why I bought what we really like.

    Mine is worse - we bought for our usual 20 trick or treaters (we buy full sized bars as bribes to get kids to come - everyone goes a block over).  We had 30 bars (well 28 - I ate one and DH ate one).  Plus we had snack sized candy left over from our church's Trunk or Treat the night before.  Half an hour in, we had 6 bars left and DH panicked!  He ran to get more candy (still had a ton of snack sized).  He came back with 30 king sized bars (that were the same price as the reg sized bars) and two bags of snack sized bars!   And guess how many more kids we had!  That's right - just a few more (so like 12 more).  So we have over 15 king sized candy bars and a TON of snack sized candy sitting around our house!  I am eating WAY to much candy!

    This was our first year with Trick-or-treaters.  We got ZERO and I have ZERO self-control with candy.  It's bad....  :)
