they have vitamin c, zinc and echinacea. The back of the package says not to use if pg or breastfeeding but most medicine says this just as a precaution and it may actually be fine. Just wondering if anyone has asked their doc specifically about Halls Defense that I am refering to? I feel a cold coming on and want to nip it in the bud early, these have worked for me in the past but I wasn't pg.
Mega doses of vitamin C are used to induce miscarriage (sort of an "all natural abortion" if you will), so I'd be careful not to take too much. You *probably* wouldn't reach that high of a level, but better to be safe.
