  I've used both the medium and low setting on my BG, FB and Blueberry pockets without any issues...it usually takes about 30 minutes.

  ETA: I have a front loading washer and set the spin on high to get most of the water out first.

  You can toss them in the dryer on low, but be aware that this will shorten the life of your PUL and your elastic.

  I try to wash in the evening and line dry my pockets indoors overnight (inserts in the dryer).  This works out really well for me timing wise.

  I did this too, until I built up my stash.  I do throw my AIO's into the dryer for about 10 minutes if they aren't dry when I need them (for day care)
