Soreness/Pain after sex

My husband and I just started having sex again now that my first trimester is almost over, but i am really sore. Not sore inside, it is more like someone kicked me in my vagina and I am recovering from the bruise. Has anyone else had feelings like that? It has been 2 days and the pain hasn't lessened.
