I'm having two boys, but am not necessarily going "blue" because of that. I just like blue and bright
#1
#2 (afraid I could easily go too green with this)
#3 (I would do the brown accent walls and polka dots with this. Basically totally copy as much as possible, but then I have a hard time accessorizing without going with the same theme, where as with others, I'd just throw in bright colors--reds, oranges, yellows)
#4
#5 (love the red rug here, if I can find one. )
(Also love this rug, to give you an idea of what kind of look I'm going for)

Re: which nursery color?
I just realized that ceiling isn't white...hmmm.
I'd probably throw in some bright contrasting accent colors in any of these rooms. Little red. Little Kelly Green. little orange, that kind of thing.
After two losses, third time was a charm.

We painted our nursery #2. It's for a girl so our accent colors are pink and red. I think we would have painted it the same color for a boy though because it is an AWESOME paint color. Maybe yellow or orange accents? The color is not green at all. It totally brightens up a room. Here's another nursery painted the same color (not mine)

Can you tell me the name and brand of the actual paint? The part that makes me worry about the green is walking into a store and guessing blind based on what's on my screen.
ETA: Is it the same Benjamin Moore's Robin's Nest (color 618) in the blog? Just saw that after clicking on the link.
Here's another nursery same color...

After months of being postponed or cancelled, FET #1.3 (Natural FET) brought us twin girls!
Hope it's okay for an IF'er to respond
I love #5- it's actually what I had in mind for our nursery some day. I also love #2. They both just seem so fresh and clean to me.
Can't wait to see pics of the finished room!

I'm torn between these 2. I love the color of #1, but I think the accent colors would be easier with #5. A friend said she could paint a tree like the green one in #5 freehand. I had considered doing the wall sticky things instead but am not finding quite what I want. (I like the green part more than the tree part.)
