Dr. Browns bottles with non-Dr B nipples?

Can I use another brand of nipple in a Dr. Browns bottle? Assuming it is the same shape? It seems like I could, but then I worried about leaking... I want to try some level 3s but I can't seem to find the Dr. B level 3s in store anywhere close by.

    Nevermind!   I finally got their website FAQ to load.   apparently there would be issues with the speed of the flow.     looks like I'll be buying some online.
