So confused?!
So I had my trigger shot on Tuesday and IUI on Thursday. Last night I noticed alot of EWCM so this morning I decided to take a OPK just to see what was going on and sure enough there was the smiley face. I'm so confused. Did the shot not make me ovulate in time?! Or is it still the HCG in my system!?!
Im so confused on what to do/think. What do you guys think I should do?!
ps- this is my first medicated cycle.and I stopped tempting this cycle =(

The trigger will stay in your system for up to 10 days, so that's why you got a positive opk. The chances that you didn't ovulation after a trigger shot are so small that you go by whatever timing your Dr told you. Most people (if they are charting) override their ovulation date to the date of the IUI. Don't worry about the cm or any other signs you're having. All the meds mess with those signs that you'd normally have during a natural cycle. Just go by your REs timing. Medicated cycles are a whole new ballgame.
