  • The plan I just started is the Eat Clean Diet. Go to eatcleandiet.com and check it out! It's small meals 5-6 times per day. Tosca Reno has a great philosophy about it. I bought the book on amazon and it's got great recipes, plus the users on the website can post their own on the Kitchen Table.

As far as exercise, I go to the gym 5-6 days per week and do treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, weight resistance circuit (gym's specific plan), sometimes swimming and always the sauna at the end for about 10-15 minutes.

  • eating healthy and 30 day shred workout. I can't start the workout until my 6 week post partum appt., but I know it kicks butt!
  • I would not recommend diet pills. You want to develop a routine that you can make a lifelong commitment. Nothing temporary.

Exercise and eating right, although that's what everybody always says, is what works the best. Keep track of your calories, and get a lot of good cardio and strength training in.

I love this site for tracking what I eat: www.myfitnesspal.com. It's got a lot of great tools. And once you start tracking your daily food intake, after a while you're able to calculate calories in your head and you don't have to use a website to do it.

Good luck, you can do it!!

  • Yeah, I would highly recommend against doing a diet pill or any sort of drastic "diet". You need a plan that you can maintain if you want to maintain wait loss.

Sounds cliche but for me it was eating right and exercising. I joined spark people (for free) to track what and how much I was eating. Put in my weight loss goals, starting weight, exercise goals, etc. and it gave me a calorie range to stick to. Did that for almost 4 months and, combined with lots of running, lost 20 pounds. I no longer need to track my calories since I now have a much better understanding of about how many calories are in what and have been maintaining my weight loss.
