winter temperature?

We live in TX and DS is almost 8 months old.  We kept our AC at 73 at night this summer because I know you don't want it too warm but what temp do you use in winter?  We have regular and fleece PJs all with feet but do not plan on using a blanket until he is a year.  Also do you keep the ceiling fan going to move air or just in the summer?  I always used the fan because we were told circulating air helped prevent against SIDS but I guess I am not as concerned about that as he can lift his head and roll both ways.

    We keep it at 68 degrees and keep the fan on low, but reverse direction.  DS sleeps in footed pjs with a sleep sack.
