I have three employees - one is older, laid back and pretty forgetful. The other two are just crazy, high strung balls of stress. The two of them together is quite literally, hell. One is going on vacation and one is taking medical leave- in about a week. The one who is leaving on vacation is FREAKING OUT about the schedule. The girl is going nuts. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that two of my three employees will be gone, I don't need an hourly reminder, TYVM. I don't know how to get her to chill the eff out. She is causing my other stresser to freak out, and my little old lady to go hide in the back room. How can I calm her down? I've tried "the look", "X, CHILL" and I have even tried a time out. I can't send her home, so how can I tell her that I need her to relax? She's throwing off the entire store. I can't deal with a whole week of this shiz.

Re: Ugh- other people's stress.
Doooo it!
Be like "here...this will take the edge off" Maybe offer it with a cookie or something. Cuz, really...who can resist cookies?
I was thinking some Xanax. (I miss Xanax)
Listen to Moo. Cookies are the ultimate persuasive tool (excluding sex of course).
Ahhh! Cute
