7th Month old feeding/sleeping schedule

What does yours look like?

Re: 7th Month old feeding/sleeping schedule

  • Its always changing. I feed her a solid about an hour after she is up from her first nap (I nurse right after she wakes up). Then another solid around 5.

The rest is flexible. She generally takes 3 naps a day.

eta: each meal of solid food is only 2 ice cube trays full.

  • 6:30ish: wakeup

7:00: Breakfast (4 oz jar of fruit and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal mixed with formula)

8:00: 1st nap (45 min b/c we have to take DS to preschool)

    10:00: 6 oz bottle

    11:00: 2nd nap (45 min-1 hour)

Noon: Lunch (4 oz jar of veggie and some sort of finger food)

1:30/2:00ish: 3rd nap (usually about an hour and half)

    3:00ish: 8 oz bottle

5:00: Dinner (4 oz jar of meat/veggie combo and a finger food snack)

    6:00: bath

6:30: 8 oz bottle, then bed

  • somewhere between 7-8:30 DS wakes up, we normally try to get him to eat infant cereal with BM. On a good day he will take an ounce of it, and maybe 1/2 ounce mashed banana. Finish off with 6 or 7oz BM (I exclusively pump).

10 or 11AM: nap. Variable in length. Maybe only 45 minutes, maybe 2 hours.

    12:30 7oz BM

2:30 or 3:30 second nap. Variable in length.

    4:30 7oz BM

    7:30 7oz BM then bed.

Lately he's been waking up once in the middle of the night to eat, where he used to STTN. I assume it is because he needs more than the BM he's getting. I've been trying for almost 2 months to get my son to eat solids, and he is just NOW starting to take the occasional bite.
