Help! No middle name for DS (long)

Ok, so we had originally settled on the name Ethan Alexander for DS. Than one of DHs friends informed him Ethan Alexander is the name of a relatively infamous gay porn star... Not that everyone I know knows this, and I didn't until I was told, but I can't get that out of my mind when I think of his name.

We had than decided to try to use a family name. DS1s name is Caiden Paul. Paul is DHs middle name. I do not get along with one of DHs brothers and his middle name is the only one I would even consider from DHs side. His dad and brothers middle names are hideous. Yes, I am that big of a snob to flat out say that. From my family, we had considered Andrew, Drew, Jeffrey, or Scott. DH likes Scott out of those choices (my dad's middle name) but I don't like. I was really settled on Ethan Jeffrey (Dad's first name) while DH was on the fence. He finally agreed to it, and now I don't like it. I just can't seem to find something that fits my little one...

Any suggestions?!

I have never heard of the porn star either, does it bother you that much?

What about a male version of a female family name?

I think Ethan Scott is cute. Ethan Jeffrey is ok too, I prefer Scott, though. I think it flows better.

Or just go with your original choice. Ethan Alexander is really cute. Plus, I have no idea who that porn star is, nor do I care. How often is he going to be called by his first and middle name?

DS1 is called by his first and middle name a lot. My parents chose not to give any of the 4 of us middle names, and I think my dad really regrets it now. He is constantly calling DS Caiden Paul, which I don't mind. I think I am just rethinking my second guessing of our first choice...

Really too bad about Ethan Alexander as that sounded lovely. I DO think that it matters to some degree. Someone googles your kid and a porn star pops up? Not the best first impression/association.

I like Ethan Scott best out of your choices.
