The day turned out a lot better than it started.

I had a conversation with DH about his early morning dickishness, and he agreed that he was WAY out of line.

We actually got a boatload done today, and he's making dinner while I sit on my butt with a glass of wine.

I am also really on edge, because my mom has been here for more than a month, and it's wearing on me to have her here 24/7. I had kinda thought that we were done with the living together when our house finally sold, but now HERS is (langushing) on the market and she's here 'helping' me get my place in shape.

Thankfully, she was at church baking for a bake sale all. day. long. It was a much-needed 4 person family day.  Big Smile

  • I love my mom but could not have her live with me that long.  Glad your day has been better.  Enjoy the wine!

Agreed.  Sometimes, all I need to hear from DH is he was wrong.  Glad things are looking up!

  • What happens when her house sells? Is she also moving back to Ohio?

Yes, but she won't be IN my house. Stick out tongue

Not next door either, I hope? 10-15 minutes away seems like a perfect distance, LOL.

  • That's about right. She's looking at places about that far away.
