Boil a chicken breast, zip it through the magic bullet, mix it in with veggies. Hard boil an egg, chop up the egg whites for finger food, mix the yolk into her veggies. Sautee up a piece of tilapia or salmon with nothing up a little olive oil, flake it up, and give as finger food. Mix in plain greek yogurt with her morning fruit and oatmeal. Mash up some white navy beans. Slow cook some lentils in chicken broth.
