  I don't know what to think about this one....I feel like her SIL more than likely made it all up. She must need some real psychiatric help to be that messed up to be able to fabricate the whole story. I hope she gets the help she needs. Very sad.

  Oh wow! Is that even possible??? I don't think OP is making it up, but I do believe that her SIL is lying or OP got her story mixed up. There is no way a doctor would say the baby is in the birthing position if there was no baby present. Wouldn't OP have seen that there was no baby?
