1st Trimester

no real symptoms...

This is my 2nd one.  With my 1st I felt 'off', cramping, lower back pain, and was really nausus from before I found out until about 11 weeks.  So far I haven't really felt much different.  I have had a little back pain but that is about it.  I know every pregnancy is different... but it is still making me worry.  Weird but I would actually feel better if I felt sick. :/

Re: no real symptoms...

  • The only symptom I have had is sore boobs every now and then. So, you are not alone in the lack of symptom area Smile

  • i know what you mean...i would feel better if i felt a little "sick" too.  this is #2 for me and i didnt have symptoms with my DS except that i had to pee more from the moment i found out i was pregnant and would be bloated by the end of the day.  this time around i dont really feel different at all...no extra pee, not tired, not bloated.  i cant help but wonder if it is all ok too.

here's hoping we get "sick" a couple of times just to make us feel better!

  • Me too. I'm 6 weeks today.  I'm a runner.  I've had a few waves of nausea on runs, regardless of length.  I'm also peeing a lot.  Otherwise, I've had nothing.  My mom friends said to enjoy this while it lasts.  I just want some sort of sign.....I don't think we need to be worried though. :-)

  • I'm 9weeks with my first and have very few symptoms other than larger boobs (but they don't hurt at all) some breaking out and pain for about a week near my left hip (sciatic nerve?).

This is an IVF baby after ttc for a long time...I too sometimes wish I was nauseaous and more tired so I'd feel like I was really pregnant.  It's hard being worried all the time.

also, I've read that with second pregnancies you can sometimes  show sooner...I guess from the ligaments already having stretched the first time...maybe that's why you aren't as sore this time??
