RE: ovulation monitors post from this morning

I left for the gym before I saw your response. So sorry. I didn;t mean to post and run.

I only looked at the CBE monitor, but i figured i'd ask around first.

would you recommend using one? do i still need to buy opks?

thanks! i'll be on and off all day.

Married 5/15/10. Me (29). DH (33). BFP#1 7/25/10 - Missed m/c 8wks - D&E 8/25/10 BFP#2 12/25/10 - Missed m/c 7wks - D&E 1/20/11 (second loss due to abnormal chromosome 7) Genetics testings- Normal. RPL panel results- Normal. Elevated FSH (14). DH b/w normal. SA- Normal. HSG- Left tube possibly blocked. Minor septum removed.     I purchased my CBEFM off of ebay and got it for about a third of what it would cost in stores, the monitor test sticks are also less expensive if you purchase them off of amazon and OPK's are dirt cheap on amazon also (think 50 opk's for 11$!!) for me I use my cbefm and double confirm it with a opk, because when you are nearing O, IMO it's best to OPK twice a day-once in the late morn and once in the eve, just so you don't miss your surge.

    If you do a post about CBEFM you'll get a ton of ladies who can comment. My body is so fvcked up that it really did nothing for me this past cycle. I'm hoping that next cycle it'll help out more.

    And thanks to rock-elle! She answered a lot. I do still use OPKs too.
