Crying. Possible Ectopic

I had a failed IVF in August.  With my 2nd IVF in October, I had a BFP on 10/20 and was thrilled.  My HCG levels are not doubling properly and the nurses think it may be ectopic.  Here are my numbers:

10/20 - beta 167

10/27 - beta 1073

10/29 - beta 1440

My progesterone levels have been good and I haven't had any pain or bleeding.  I will go back on Monday 11/1 for more b/w.  Any words of encouragement are greatly appreciated.  Anyone else been through an ectopic with IVF?  It's so rare, I can't believe it may be happening to me.

IVF #1 August 2010 = BFN IVF #2 October 2010 = BFP/Miscarriage FET #1 February 8 2010 (transferred 1 snowbaby)

    Im sorry, my betas are every 2 days so im not sure about urs bc they are farther apart.

    I know someone here did have an IVF etopic, poss she will respond.

    I wouldn't worry too much yet.  You had a HUGE number to begin and then a giant jump at BETA #2.

    Usually they stay VERY small.  My number at 5 1/2 weeks was 345.

    Keep positive until you know for sure.

    I had an ectopic with an IVF cycle in August.  My numbers were MUCH lower than yours (beta #1 - 34, beta #2 - 76, beta #3 - 50), so hopefully this is a false alarm and you will go on to have a healthy pregnancy!
    August 2008 - Started TTC November 2009 - IUI#1 - BFN December 2009 - IUI#2 - BFN January 2010 - IUI#3 - BFN February 2010 - IUI#4 - BFN May 2010 - IUI#5 - BFN July/August 2010 - IVF#1 - Ectopic Pregnancy December 2010 - FET#1 - BFN February/March 2011 - FET#2 - BFP! TWINS BORN ON 11/11/11!!
