When to start prepping diapers?

At what point should I start prepping my diapers (I have prefolds, AIOs, and pockets)?  I don't want to do it too soon, but the average gestation for twins is around 35 weeks and that's only 7 weeks away...

    Don't wait too long!  I was going to do it two weeks before my due date and DS arrived 2.5 weeks before my due date!  I didn't get around to dealing with the diapers then until DS was almost 4 weeks old.

    I'd say go ahead and start now :)  You can always do one last wash right before 35 weeks to freshen them up.

    I'd say start now, that way you can do it at a leisurely pace and not be scrambling and you can relax that it's done. As PP said, you can always do a last minute freshen-up wash, though I doubt that would be necessary as long as you're not storing them in an air tight bin.
