Trying to be excited....

in 1st Trimester

Found out yesterday that I am pregnant (very early) home test said pregnant and blood test also confirmed pregnant....I want to be very excited however my husband and I have been trying for years and had one miscarriage and now finally a positive pregnancy result with the help of fertility and IUI. I am super afraid of having a repeat of last time (especially as it is the same month just different year) fingers crossed XXX

    Just try and relax and enjoy every day that you are pregnant.  The extra stress definitely won't help!

    Congrats! 

    It can definitely be hard to stay positive and not worry, especially if you've had a loss in the past.  I highly recommend the "Pregnant after a Loss" board as there are many women there specifically that have gone through the same thing.  :-)

    Stay positive. Don't focus on negativity of previous mc. Think of all of the women who've had mc in the past and have gone on to have multiple healthy children.
