Sore hands/fingers?

In the last week, I have been waking up with some pretty nasty pain in my hands.  They're not really swollen, but I feel like I have kept them in some weird position all night and they're cramped when I wake up.  During the day it seems to be fine, or at least better... I just wonder if it's a pregnancy thing, or I'm just getting old!

    I have the same problems, it's a pregnancy thing. :)

    It's like pregnancy induced carpal tunnel syndrome. When you're sleeping, all the fluid that accumulated in your legs and feet during the day redistribute upwards and into your hands and fingers. It's no fun.

    I've been having the exact same thing! It feels almost like I have been clenching a fist all night! But, I've had the swelling too, had to take off the wedding rings last week, at least the engagement ring still fits!
