I FF, he eats his last bottle for the day at 7-7:30, we have no bedtime routine, he is usually sleeping by 9pm and doesnt wake up until about 3-3:30am for his first bottle of the day and goes back down for 3 more hours, and if I am lucky he will go back down for an hour or two after that!

I EBF. We start bedtime routine around 7:30. Every other night we start with a bath, then lotion, jammies, cuddles, nurse, put on the Magic Sleepsuit, then in the crib. He's usually asleep within 10-15 min. Sometimes when he's a little overtired he wants one last cuddle so I pick him up for a few min then put him back in (drowsy but still awake) and he'll fall right to sleep. I usually have to pop the paci back in around 9:30 then he's out until 6 or 7.

I lucked out and DS started STTN at 6w...we started a bedtime routine at 4w. Around 7-7:30 he has a bath with the Johnson's Nighttime Bath set, then a 7oz bottle. Next is story time and I rock him while I read. I lay him down around 9:00pm awake but very sleepy. He usually wakes up around 9 in the morning.
I EBF. We are now 4 months but have the same routine as 3 months. I feed LO at about 9-9:15pm, then I hand her over to DH who takes her to our quiet dark bedroom and soothes her and does his thing, then he puts her in his crib. Sometimes when DH is trying to get her down, she wants another feeding and I feed her again and give her back to DH. It works so great for us because I get the break and DH and LO get the bonding time.
I don't think the night time routine has as much to do with STTN as daytime naps and baby temperment do, but that is just my experience.

Don't drive yourself crazy over this. Each baby is so different. I have had both extremes. My first DD woke up every 3hours until we did the Ferber method at 6 months. Within one day she began to STTN.
My 2nd DD has slep 6 hours stretches since birth. Now at 3 months she sleeps 8-10 hours at night. We did not do anything different. She is just a different baby and loves to sleep. I breastfeed her too and she is actually on the very small size right now.
We never really had a routine. She's been STTN since week 3, 11-8 everynight. Now, she gets a bottle of 4oz around 6-7 and is down for the night by 9-9:30. Wakes around 7-8am. I think we are just blessed!

DS has been STTN for a whies now, from about 6 weeks. I pump bottles for him during the day and BF at night. He eats 5oz bottles every 4 hours during the day and I feed on demand at night. I think this helps fill him up for a good long nights sleep.
We start our bedtime routine at about 7:00. Bath, lotion, pj's, cuddle, rock, eat, rock to sleep. Sometimes he goes down by 8 or 8:30, ther times it's not until 10 or 10:30 but once he's down he doesn't wake up until 7 or 7:30, eats, plays then goes back down for a 2-3 hour morning nap by 9 or 9:30 am.
DS goes to bed at 7:30 and gets up at 8:30. During that 13 hours he'll get up 3 or 4 times to eat. Occasionally he might have one 5 hour stretch but other than that he's up every 3-4 hours. He only needs 5-10 minutes to eat and goes right back to sleep so it's not too bad. We EBF.

We are really lucky. Shes been sleeping at least eight hour stretches since she was two months old. We EBF, and the routine is bath (some nights, certainly not every night), nurse, sleepsack, book, and nurse.

EBF, bedtime routine (naked tummy time/bath or just face wash/lotion/pjs/book/nurse) at 7:30, in bed between 8 & 8:30. he sleeps until around 7am. we don't swaddle anymore. & we do have the Gentle Giraffe (same as Sleep Sheep) we put on for him - he goes down drowsy or asleep. He's had no problem putting himself to sleep if he's awake *knock on wood*
