just don't speak!!  The imaging facility that is doing my brain MRI on Monday just called me and told me that they could not put this through on my auto insurance as a result of the accident since it was for MS and that could not be from the accident.  I told her that they were testing me to see of the spinal lesions extended to my brain. That there was no diagnosis as yet.  And they could be from the accident.  They said that it was absolutely for MS and MS only.  So in tears I called my doctor's office.  And I was right.  But for about 15 minutes almost couldn't breathe. 

I also got my third confirmation call from my RE, but they can still not tell me the cost of my appointment.  Even though they have had my u/s(es) from my OB and my files from primary and OB for 2 months now.  I keep telling them I can not confirm until they give me the cost.  And they told me AGAIN that I would get a call about that...but still nothing.  FML!!

    I am so sorry that you are going through that. That is really frustrating. I hope everything goes ok for you on Monday and that your RE's office can get their act together and figure things out for you...

    Sorry Heather that you are having to go through this crap!  Sometime it feels like people do this on purpose!  I really hope that you get all of the answers soon.  People just need to learn how to do their jobs so the rest of us do not have to stress over the jibberish that comes out of their mouth!  ((HUGS))

    I am so sorry that you are having to deal with this. People just get so complacent when it comes to their jobs. I'm sure the MRI place could have called your Dr.'s office to confirm before they called you with incorrect information.

    Heather I'm sorry you even have to think about insurance while having an MRI.
    I would think they should give you the cost for a consultation appointment, and maybe an u/s if they plan to that that day. It's not hard.

    Is there a billing department you could call and ask?

    I'm so sorry you are going through this and having to deal with incompetent people.  As if the tests and everything aren't stressful enough!  I am glad you were able to speak to your doctor and get that part sorted out.  I hope the imaging center bills/codes everything correctly now.  I also hope your RE's office gets its act together.  It shouldn't take that long to give you a cost for an appointment!

    ~SAIF/PAIF/Everyone Welcome~ 

    Me= 37 and DH = 41 

    Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)

    IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN

    IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.

    IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132.  Lil is here!

    TTC#2:  Trigger + TI = BFN; Clomid + Trigger + IUI = BFN.

    IVF #4:  BCP + MDLF + Lovenox = 7R, 1F = Transferred 1 6-cell embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #5:  MDLF + Lovenox = 4R, 1F = Transferred 1 10-cell compacting embryo on day 3 = BFN

    IVF #6:  (New RE):  Long Antagonist November 2014 (transferred two 8 cell grade 1 embryos and froze one blast) = BFN

    FET#1:  BFN

    OMG, Heather...that is crazy! I've been hearing a lot of stupid dr. office calls lately. You'd think they would check the file and make sure they are calling the right person before they just blab stuff.

    I hope the RE's office gets their act together as well. Waiting 2 months for them to tell you the cost is ridiculous!  If they don't call back by next week, I'd go looking for another RE if that is possible.
