Mine isn't baby related; it's DH related.
Let me preface by saying that I don't have high gift expectations, and I'm not a diva at all. I don't like flowers. I believe they are wildly overpriced, they sit there and take room on my table for 4 days then they die. I have told him on several occasions not to bother getting me flowers...
Well, it was my birthday on Tuesday. DH showed up after work with a bouquet of flowers
and a chocolate bar!! Like...WTF?!?! I was soooo pissed off. I was like "I'm your WIFE and I just BORE you a child, and I get flowers and a chocolate bar". I wanted to kill him; I felt like a total afterthought...
I was so livid, that I threw out the chocolate bar and the flowers are sitting beside the BBQ on the balcony...
I suppose I still love him and will forgive him in time...but he won't be getting lucky for a WHILE!
1. I've whored my ass out ,both literally and not, to DH this week a few times. I have gotten a 2 hour nap, 3.5 hour nap, and $200 out of it.
2. I had a doc appointment yesterday but they called me at 9 to cancel it. I still sent the boys to the sitters all day until after my 3 pm lawyers appointment. I didn't get them until 4:30.Gavin - 8/27/10

As we were driving to the hospital for my c-section I told Alex that God better at least give us a cute baby after the hell we went through to get pregnant and all of our losses. And that I wished my smug ass "friend" who likes to rub it in my face that she got pregnant on the first month trying (and had her baby days before I had Kate) would get a not so fortunate looking kid.
God listened.
My kid is super cute and hers is, um, not.
She does have a super chill, easy baby. But, Kate will grow out of her colic, relux, and hopefully her food allergies...her daughter may not grow out of her interesting looks....
I feel like a bad mom because I haven't figured out the right amount of formula for my DD lately. I feel like I miss cues or over/under feed. I just cannot seem to get it right, and I feel so bad for LO. I want her to be a happy baby and sometimes feel I am messing that up.

I have nasty thoughts like that too. I was petrified that Logan wasn't going to be a cute baby. Both DH and I are decent looking people so I knew that the world would expect a cute baby out of us. However, I also know that 2 "rights" can occasionally make a "wrong." luckily, we're ok, but I would have been PISSED if we'd hadn't had a cute baby. Of course, we'd have loved him the same regardless, but the thought did cross my mind.
I do concur, though; Katie is ADORABLE!
I am so sick of seeing babies dressed in pumpkin, bumble bee, lady bug (etc) costumes.
I find over photoshopped pictures to be so irritating. It completely ruins the integrity of the picture. This is even worse when it is a newborn photo or photo of a baby. Congratulations, your child looks like a glow worm.
1. H and I take shifts at night and I pretended I took mine and I didnt and I don't really care because I got some good sleep in.
2. I want to drop kick a few of the b*tches on this site.

There is zero romance or spark in my marriage. And it has been this way for months. I do not feel attracted to my husband. I feel terrible. LO is the only thing keeping me happy.
1. I'm really dreading taking the girls out in public because I don't really want to deal with the "Ohhhh! Twins!" reaction from people. We took them to the doctor for their first appointment today and we had no less than 3 people say, "Twins! They must be so much fun!". Yeah, fun. Come to my house at 2 in the morning and we'll discuss how fun they are.
2. I seriously love Katie's face when she's hungry. She'll wake up and immediately start sucking on her fingers. Once she finds the nipple/bottle, her eyes get HUGE with a look of, "OMG! FOOD!".
Unable to even.
