thumbsucking question

if anyone has a thumbsucker, when did dc find it?  dd wants to suck, but doesn't love the paci and gets really frustrated at the breast when she doesn't want to eat, only suck.

    Hey There!!  DD is a thumbsucker and I'd say she found it around 6-7 weeks, but she isn't consistant about it.  She can be tempermental about the pacificer and I give her my own finger a lot.  Have you tried that?  She also likes to suck on her entire fist.

    DD, who is almost 4 now and STILL a thumbsucker, found hers at 4-5 months and obviously hasn't stopped. :-)

    DS is a thumbsucker and found his thumb at 5 weeks... it's been in his mouth ever since!!!
