anyone place an order with KC lately?

I placed two orders on Sunday (took advantage of the free diaper codes), nothing on Monday, emails stating two shipments were shipped on Tuesday morning and now Wednesday night USPS still has NO record of the shipments.  I am SO disappointed because I was expecting the diapers this week but now I'm thinking it won't be until next. 

Anyone else?

    i ordered i think on sunday as well and i just checked. looks like the package has been shipped and should be to me on monday. looks like it left yesterday. maybe give them a call...

    It seemed to take them awhile to ship mine too, but it's on its way now.

    Just as a rule of thumb, if the postal worker who picked them up (or shipped them to your local PO) didn't scan the delivery information, it wont update on the website. Doesn't mean they weren't shipped, just that someone along the way maybe didnt scan it. 

    However, I would contact CS anyways just to be sure.

    I was going to add the same thing.  I've ordered from KC at least 3x in the last month and only 1 of the orders had updated tracking info.  I still got all the packages w/in 5 business days.

    I ordered earlier this week.  I received a call yesterday that a couple of items were out of stock and that my order would be shipped on Monday. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call update.

    Honestly unless I had a free diaper code I do not use KC. It always takes 4-5 days to ship. Others have free shipping and ship same day.
