Babies: 9 - 12 Months

How big is your LO's appetite?

Georgia eats (what seems like) a ton!  Breakfast & lunch are fairly normal....but dinner seems massive.

IDK, I keep giving her more food until she "seems" finished....but IDK.

Tonight she ate

  1. approx. 2 tbsp whole edamame
  2. approx. 2 tbsp of pasta
  3. 2 baby carrots (steamed)
  4. approx. 2 tbsp broiled fish
  5. 1/4 pear
  6. some of my flat bread & grated cheese

I don't know where she puts it!

  • Emmie ate about a 3x3 square of lasagne a piece of garlic cheese toast and about 3 oz of cottage cheese with pureed pears! The child Loves food! I guess we should be thankful they are good eaters! I don't know where they put it either!

  • Brody ate 5 pasta shells tonight and thats it. Huh? We're going through the "I'd rather smoosh it on my tray or throw it over the side to the dogs" stage.

  • My girls are just about the same age and are becoming very uninterested in their bottles and eating table food like piggies too!

This does NOT seem like a lot to me. Normally DS eats about 10 oz in a sitting of his purees and a bottle. For dinner we are getting more into table food that he can eat himself. Tonight was no preservative/natural turkey bratwurst (he had about 1/2 a link), some mixed veggies (corn/carrot/green bean) of which I think he had a couple of pieces a little bit of basmati rice, and maybe 1/4 of a peach along with most of his 4oz bottle. Other times he'll eat twice this much of table food.
