I'd like to try them to get the hang of them as we are going to TTC for #3 this summer and I'd like the option of cloth diapering. That said, I will need a size 4 and possibly a size 5 depending on if I do both boys or just my youngest for now. What brand/type do you recommend for a newbie? I like the ones that are fitted with the liner you flush. I think?
help. I'm clueless (obviously)
Re: I'm a cloth diaper virgin! help
Cloth diapers don't come in sizes the way disposables do. You can get XS, S, M, and L depending on weight, height, thighs, etc... Or you can get One Size (OS) which should cover you from about 10lbs to (I think they claim) 35lbs.
There are many different brands including a few different choices with disposable inserts. Also, a few choices that make life almost as easy as with disposables only with a little more laundry but a lot more fun.

Good luck!
I honestly think if you're going to CD, you should do both kiddos. Its not going to be much more work to do 2 than one, and it is very cost effective. If you go with one-size diapers, you can use the same diapers for both of them and you can reuse them for #3, making your savings even more!
