Today is Sgt Erik's birthday, so I made him.... (PIP)

a Minion out of fondant.... He gets cupcakes almost daily, so that wouldn't be a treat... but this Minion (he looks like one when his hair is spikey because it's thin up top) was the perfect treat.... It's 2/3 the size of a twinkie - so it's kinda big.  This was in addition to his real gifts -- just something "fun".  I should have drawn the mouth in - it's getting stress cracks from drying out.
