Daylight Saving Time ends on Nov. 6. While I normally love the extra hour of sleep, I am dreading it this year because I just know that Evan will start waking up around 5:00 AM. He used to sleep until 7:00 but has started getting up earlier and earlier.
Any tips or tricks to prepare for the time change?
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!
