F/U DH's Urologist

So I wanted to post about DH's Urologist appt because I couldn't seem to find many answers regarding his situation and what to expect at the appt.

Dh has low motility and poor morphology. The Urologist began with questions-alot of them. Family history, sex frequency questions, previous testing etc (make sure you take your test results, male and female), then there was the exam. They did a pretty simple penile exam and then a prostate (totally didn't expect that)

After the exam the DR told us to continue to try, he ordered 2 SA's within a week of one another and am bloodwork. He also told DH to stop chewing tobacco (THANK GOODNESS)

Just wanted to let some people know what the routine was for us at the urologist and hope you can answer some questions for your DH. GL

    thank you my DH just did his first SA and results were 39million 72% motility but only 3% morphology so not sure what my RE will do with the low morph, thanks for posting

    Hey honey! I know my DH was not happy about the prostate exam. I knew he might get one but I didn't say anything because I didn't think he would go if he knew. Devil
