What a great board plus question

Hi all, am so happy I scrolled down in community and saw this!!!!

I was wondering if anyone has had a VBAC or heard of someone who has who also has a history of kidney stones? I got them before pregnancy but avoided them the whole time with my DD. Now I have already had one but luckily passed it over the weekend. My urologist said if I keep passing them, there's nothing to worry about. If I can't pass them, I will have to have a stent (a plastic tube thingie from my kidney through my ureter to my bladder) put in because surgery is not an option while pregnant. I didn't think to ask at my last urologist appt, but does anyone know if vaginal birth with the pushing etc. can happen with a stent in?

No worries if no one knows the answers! I have a follow up urologist appt in a few weeks and my first appt with my new high-risk OB nxt wk, so I can always ask them. Just not at almost 4 am, lol.
