SO proud of DH!

We seem to get a LOT of slack from, well, just about everyone for CDing. Right now we have about 5-6 friends who are all having babies... and two of them work with DH.

Usually it's me to advocates for the CDs and all of the benefits but DH told me last night after one guy at work was giving him a hard time (not in a rude way, just generally ignorant about the CD world) DH totally defended our choice to CD.

He told him about the cost and money we'll be saving, how much healthier it will be for our son, about how CUTE the diapers are (I never expected him to even think this haha!), etc. Once the guy started talking "ew" about poop he said, "yeah well your son has a blowout at least once a night right...? and he's got diaper rash really bad too, huh? Well, so long as the fit is right on the diaper and it's used right those things wont happen to us (I'm sure they will for sake of trial and error, etc). And... poop is poop dude, you wipe your own asss don't you? what's different?"

I was sitting there smiling from ear to ear when he was telling me all this. yay DH!
