  I have registered for this, but haven't started using it. I have a friend and a cousin that are using it and they didn't buy anything to line the napper/bassinet thing, but they swaddle or use sleep sacks. You can only use it up to 15 pounds.

  We plan to use it as well-- as far as I've been able to research, they don't make anything.  We plan to have LO sleep in swaddlers, so I'm not really concerned with diaper leaks, I guess I'll deal with spit up when that happens.

  We just swaddled DD in rec. blankets and when she outgrew the blankets we used the swaddleme. She outgrew (too long) the napper about 8 weeks, so we moved her to the bassinet level then and to her crib at about 13 weeks. 

  she never had a leak in the napper at that stage (we were changing her diaper all the time anyway) and didn't start spitting up till later (she is BF)

  We don't put him in anything- he's never leaked through onto the diaper. He does sleep in a t-shirt or white onesie and a sleepsack.

  I absolutely loved loved loved the newborn napper on the Graco P&P!! They do make a napper sheet. I found that it didn't fit well and swaddling worked better. Good Luck!
