Holy heartburn batman ...

So I started taking pre-natal vitamins this month (Nature way with DHA) But ever since I started to take them, I have been having major heartburn. Has anyone else experienced this? And, if so, any recomendations on a new brand to try. Thanks

    I take the Target brand Up and Up prenatals and haven't had any problems with them.

    I am having the exact same thing right now! It is so bad that I have closed my office door and am on the internet because I cannot focus on anything because I am so extremely uncomfortable.

    Weirdly enough, I have been taking the exact same brand of pre-natals. Maybe its time to switch!

    OMG I am so happy I am not the only one. It is crazy how horrible I feel. I am going to try another brand...

    I'm taking "life brand" prenatals, and if I take them in the a.m. they make me sick to my stomach, but if I take them at night I'm fine. Maybe try taking them with food or something, like a piece of toast?

    I take Vitafol OB + DHA and have had no symptoms except constipation and my bank account being smaller (they are expensive!)

    I had been taking the Target ones without the DHA and now that I am almost out I switched to the Vitalife gummi ones with DHA.

    Vitamins have always made me nauseous in the morning, but if I take them with dinner I don't have any problems. Maybe try that?
