Birthday Theme Help - Clicky and PIPs

Who wants to help me decide on a theme for DS's sort of party? 

The details: It's not a big party, just having a cake over Thanksgiving weekend at DH's family's farm.  It's now a cows/pigs/chickens farm, it's now a tree farm, so it's more of a woods kind of setting with a river at the back of the property. I'm going to decorate a smash cake for DS, and make cupcakes with some sort of simple decoration for the adults.  The cake/cupcakes will be pumpkin cake.

Option 1: Woodland/Moose
DS's nickname is Moose, and it seems to fit the setting of where we'll be and the season (fall/Thanksgiving) a little better. Also, we do a monthly pic of him with a moose stuffed animal that we got him when he was born. I'm thinking of making the theme based on his room, with different animals and trees as the cupcake toppers.  Here's a pic:

Option 2: Trucks/Construction
DS loves, loves, loves his Little Tykes dump truck push toy and the tonka Chuck and Friends trucks.  I'd probably get him a kid sized hard had (his head is huge and fits kids hats very well) and overalls and dress him up all cute like that.

    I voted for woodland/moose. My thought was that boys are into trucks for a long time, so you can totally do that later on. The moose thing might not be fitting in the future, but both are super cute

    I voted for trucks, because that's what he likes!

    Bean is being a kitty for Halloween, because that's what he likes. He loves kitties!!  ... but we're not going to have a kitty birthday...

    Thanks, ladies! I'm leaning towards woods, but still not 100%.  Great point about being able to do trucks for a while.  I hadn't thought of that.

    This was my thinking as well.  My nephew is 4 and for the last 3 birthdays he has requested some sort of car/truck theme.
