Tingling face?- UPDATED

So, I've had just some mild menstrual-type cramps since this afternoon.  Nothing too exciting.

 However, my face has been tingling for the past 6 hours or so.  My feet have been swollen all day, so maybe its circulation related?  I went for a long walk and it didn't help.  I've also made it a point to drink more water today.

Anyone have a guess about the face tingle thing? 

UPDATE: Ok, so, it was still there (BARELY) this a.m. so I went to HEB and checked my bp.  It was 108/68 which is just barely low for me.  Still good though.  Would y'all call the nurse?

    Huh.  That's weird. 

    I'm gonna say this, not to freak you out though.  Can you make a quick trip to walmart or CVS and take your BP?  That sounds odd and with the swelling....I dunno,  Could be a sign of HBP maybe?

    How's your blood pressure?  You might want to run out and check it - I think Targets and HEBs usually have the machine.  Most Walgreens I've checked lately don't. 

    I got Bell's Palsy a few days before I delivered last time, but I don't remember tingling with that.  Just half of my face drooped, similar to someone who had had a stroke.  Fun times.

    When I was pregnant had the onset of a migraine my face started tingling then it went numb from my face all down my left side, my speech was slurred, my thought process was distracted. I seriously thought I was having a stroke, so much so I went to the ER then a neurologist. Not that you are having all these symptoms but if you have a history of migraines this could be related to that.

    I was going to ask about your BP as well. I'd find a place to get it checked or buy a home bp cuff at Walgreens or something. 

    I hope it turns out to be nothing.

    Aww... you are so sweet.  Thanks for asking.

    Ok.  I'm feeling better now.  Tingling is lightening up a little.  I never got a headache or anything so I am just going to head to bed soon.  I'm drinking water.

    Menstrual-type cramps are all gone, though.  I'm trying not to think about it too much and just let it happen.  The more I can dialate and efface without noticing, the better!

    I would probably call once they open the nurse line (8:30 if I remember correctly) and let them know.  No harm in calling.

    yeah, I would, just to be sure.  since you already took your BP they'll probably tell you it's nothing.  But definitely tell them you lost your Goddess Wedge!!

    Um, how on earth could that be considered bad news?  Dude, Chuy's has magical powers.  It book-ended my pregnacy- went to HH just a few days before I got a + test, went the day DrS stripped my membranes and woke up 2 days later with contractions 10 min apart.  WIN-WIN.

    Aww, great!  It looks like I'll be there.  I'll update frantically if anything changes.  The great thing is that the north Chuy's is so much closer to the hospital than my house.  It just makes sense to go to HH!

    ALSO, I wanted to thank all of you who told me to go check my bp.  Sorry I didn't do it til this morning.

    I called the nurseline and she said checking my BP is EXACTLY the right thing to do.  She said the tingling is very normal but to watch it and if my face goes numb or my BP rises above 140/100 then call back.

    You bumpies are so wise!
