I thought about it, and decided not to. I think it's too soon. How come you want to potty train?
My oldest son was almost 3 when he was fully potty trained. I think that is a little too late. I would like for my youngest son to be potty trained before he turns 2.
While doing some casual reading I learned that there is a window in which it would be easiest to "train" and ordinary child to use the bathroom on a toilet. I believe it was between 18 and 24mo.
My LO seemed really interested in DH and I going to the bathroom so we started talking about buying a potty just for him about 2 mos ago, and he would get really excited when we would ask if he wanted a potty just for him. We went to the store and picked one out together and got a potty training book.
He was very excited initially but has pretty much lost interest. We didn't really try to do any potty training, but I like the fact the we have the seat and the book, I feel like maybe he's kind of getting used to the idea and when he is ready we're all set. Also, before bath time we take off his diaper and he runs around naked for a few mins, we always ask if he wants to go tinkle or peepee in the potty so he'll sit down for a minute but that's about it.
Re: Do you think its possible...
D@mn. Nice. My friend was able to potty train her daughter at a year and 2 months. But I don't think my son will be able to do that.

How did you introduce it to your DS?
Thanks guys. I like getting first hand advice.
