Then a cup of milk before his nap. His diet usually isn't this crappy but we were out all morning and he was passed out in the car before we got home for lunch.
for breakfast he had half of a banana and almond butter on toast. for lunch he had some raviolis and a few crackers. dinner tonight is fajitas so he'll eat the meat and peppers and i'll give him a fruit cup also.
For breakfast he had a banana, a strawberry, a few chunks of melon, some Cheerios and some yogurt. For lunch I just BF. For dinner, he's having fish sticks and broccoli. Not very imaginative but it works.
we had whole grain waffle and yogurt for breakfast, applesauce for snack, and left over chicken and rice for lunch. He will have another snack (cheerios or something) after his nap and I have no idea what I'm doing for dinner!
Today he had about 5 bites of pancake and half a bottle of pediasure for breakfast (I also offered banana and yogurt). For lunch he had one slice of peach, three pieces of macaroni, and one bite of chicken (I also offered cheese and sweet potato). Then I nursed him. For snack and dinner today I will offer cheese, crackers, noodles, fish, broccoli, pear, and sunflower butter on wheat. I typically offer anything I eat, though he hardly ever eats anything at all.
For breakfast she had mango yogurt, bananas, pears, cherries, and peaches.
For lunch she had peanutbutter on whole wheat bread, american cheese, and chicken breast.
I am going to cook spaghetti for dinner, so she'll eat that.
She has crackers, puffs, little fruit and stuff like that for snacks.
Can she really bite down on the pear with no problem? Is it like a prepackaged fruit mix or all from fresh fruit that you cut up yourself?
It is fresh fruit that I cut up myself. I cut all of the fruit into little pieces, and she has no problem eating it. I make sure that I give her really ripe pears, so that they are soft.
Omgoodness, your kids eat like champions. There's no way my son would eat meat or any veggies for that matter. I guess I'll just keep trying to push the veggies and meat and see how that goes. Thanks for the ideas ladies and keep em' coming!

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs & cheese (but she basically just eats the cheese) and yogurt/fruit mix.
Lunch: PB&J
She snacks on cheerios, yogurt melts and Goldish throughout the day.
Dinner will be turkey meatloaf and veggies but I can pretty much guarantee she won't eat any of it.
Her favorite foods are pasta, mini pancakes, grilled cheese and chicken.
