Just found out our baby girl is breech for right now and the birthing center would like her to be turned around by my next appointment. Does anyone have any tips that might help things turn around naturally?
Our little guy was head down at 28 weeks and we were told he still had time and room to flip around if he wanted. I wouldn't get too concerned yet. LO still has time to turn.
I wouldn't worry about it. Even if it turns by your next appointment, it could turn again and again. I'm having to have weekly appointments/ultrasounds and mine went from head down (32 weeks) to breech (33 weeks) to head down again this week (34 weeks).
I was breech up until the week before I was induced. The baby will turn on its own most likely. You are still so early, I wouldn't worry about it yet. You have a while to go.

I wouldn't worry too much yet. Baby N turned at 34 weeks. They can still turn a lot. At 30 weeks I started doing positions to turn the baby. Basically they all involved me laying w/ my head down and using music or cold to prompt the baby. My OB gave me a sheet with all the exercises outlined. There was also a Chinese herb they said you could use after 34 weeks but I can't remember what it was called. I also did chiropractic to help as well.
