Another u/s today.

yes, the third in 3 weeks. Since our Doctor had some concerns with the no heartbeat on the first visit and my not quite doubling betas. Wellll, after today she said she isn't worried about us at all! The blueberry grew quite a bit from last weeks u/s and that heartbeat was still flickering. Even better, we gained two days. She is sure now that I just ovulated over a week later than I though and that's why the h/b wasn't there at the first visit. We are scheduled in four weeks for the NT scan and they said we will have the option of the gender test which we'll for sure do!! I love that it's even an option for us

it's done at 12 weeks. From what I hear it's not really common. I read somewhere on another board that it's just bigger here in Houston because we have the Center for Medical Genetics where they do the NT scan and all the genetic testing so they leave the option open if you want to find out with all of the other tests. It's not like the one that you can do at home though. It's 98% accurate.
