Big u/s update! PIP

I was sssooo nervous about this appointment because about 2 years ago my cousin was pregnant and when she went to her 20 week u/s she found out that her LO was missing some its organs and also that it's intestines were on the outside of it's body.  So anyway I was freaking a little bit this morning but I was SSSSOOOOOO excited to see my LO.

Well we went in there today and the technician was fabulous and showed us every little thing and it was amazing to see our Nugget for so long.  It was a little camera shy and had its hands over its face the whole time so we didn't get a good shot of the face but we could see its sweet little profile! (pic in siggy).

After the u/s we saw our OB and she said that everything looked perfect!  I was so glad to here that.  We are still Team Green by choice but now after all the new pictures I really feel like it's a girl (so does DH).  I guess we will see in March!!

    Glad that everything went so well. I don't think your alone in the concern. My grandmother just came back from visiting a friend who supposed to have a shower this past weekend and she ended losing her baby. Since I heard about it, I've been a little freaked. I had a miscarriage last year and have been nervous about this pregnancy. Just trust that things will go according to plan. Congratulations on the good news and we'll all cheer for you in March when your little girl (wink) arrives.

    Congrats that baby is healthy... cute pic too! My next appointment/check up is the 2nd,, so hope to hear the heartbeat again,, ready to feel movement which will also help!
